When we were young we used to play "telephone". That's when a bunch of
people standing next to each other repeat whispering in each other's
ears what the previous one said to him. It always ends up completely
different from the initial word.
The original post was someone asking the most recent info. concerning
compensation to Kuwait by Iraq. I replied after someone else with an old
message dated around March 2002 on this issue. Sorry Seb but I have not
requested anything on CASI.
