Hassan's lengthy critique of AI involves a lot of questions about general AI policy. I will *not* post my (inevitably lengthy) reply to this list because I think lots of list-members are bored with all this. If anyone is interested and wants to be copied in on my reply, or address other AI issues with me, please contact me directly. Lack of time and energy means the reply will have to come later this week.
