Also, an advisor to the U.S. defense secretary, Pearl said in an interview with the German **** Spiegel ***, on Monday that the exact time of the U.S. attack against Iraq was not determined. He added that the Iraqi army has become much weaker than the time of the Persian Gulf war, saying that the number of the Iraqi troops has reduced to one-third of that time.
