[casi] e-mail identity

Friends,

I have noticed in these difficult times, a huge increase in e-mail, with
tantalising subjects - but no sender. I instanatly delete them and may be
missing seriously interesting material. Might we urge some identification on
all mail - if it is new and there is unease, one can still delete - but no
identification - absolutely no opening, for me.

best, felicity a.
