[ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ] http://www.radio4all.net/proginfo.php?id=3911 Here's an important audio file of a speech by Hans von Sponeck on the sanctions in which he examines them as a punitive and criminal policy. He gets away from a boring and misleading economics-based perspective whereby sanctions are viewed as a kind of mistake leading to economic problems - as an abstract economic policy. This is obviously someone who cares about Iraq and his voice should be more widely heard.
