Hi Eric & All, For those interested in Iraqi opposition, esp. - for better or worse - the generals, do get a copy of 'Newsweek', 25 March 2002. It has an intriguing article, 'Iraq in the Balance', includes information of about 5 former Iraqi generals (the article states some may be spies!). It includes information of Brig.Gen. Najib al-Salhi - e.g. says he defected in 1995, heads the Free Officer's Movement. Also states that he had recieved a videocassette with a note, from Iraqi Intelligience, while he was still in Iraq. - But I haven't even read the whole article, yet. Remember, this copy, of 'Newsweek', may only be in the shops for a few more days.
