[casi] mis or dis-info?



Dear Bert and all,

I did think I'd been a bit harsh and was concurring with Bert's comment that
the statement re Iraq expelling UNSCOM in the Guardian was simply error.
However in today's sister paper, The Observer's excellent analysis also
states: 'Since the United Nations Special Commission (UNSCOM) weapons
inspectors were forced to leave Iraq in 1998 ...' and further on: 'Indeed
his (Saddam's) effective expulsion of the inspectors in 1998 ...'
