Re: Save the Children Fund statement on sanctions

Congratulations.

My wife Margarita (a former UNICEF Health Coordinator Baghdad) and I
congratulate Save the Children Fund on their 28 February succinctly
presented views on economic sanctions on the people of Iraq. Such a bluntly
written presentation of the truth should help all advocates for the
abolition of the economic sanctions.

Those involved in study for alternative proposals 10/11 March could be
encouraged by this statement.

Roy Skinner
(a former Principal Operations Adviser, UN's Department of Humanitarian
Affairs, Iraq).
