The Prime Minister, 19th
February 2001
The Rt. Hon Tony Blair, M.P., Q.C.,
10 Downing Street,
Whitehall,
London SW1.

Dear Prime Minister,

Re: Voter Apathy:

I read in this morningıs newspapers that this is your main concern regarding
the upcoming election. Rest assured, your fears are groundless. After last
Fridayıs illegal, terrorist attack on Iraq, with yet again, no consultation
with the U.N., or your own Parliament, apathy will not be a problem. There
will be voters the length and breadth of the country moving heaven and earth
to ensure that no one within their orbit votes Labour - ever again.

Yours very sincerely,

Felicity Arbuthnot.
