Hazhir Teimourian



He's an Iranian Kurdish journalist who occasionally writes for the
Times. No academic credentials (that I know of). Left Iran at the age of
19; now in his 60s. Supporter of Kurdish armed struggle, but not quite
sure of his party affiliations. Strong critic of Iranian government.
