Protest bombing of Iraq, 3:30 PM Saturday



What: A protest vigil to protest the unprovoked and illegal bombing of
Iraq by US and British planes.

When: 3:30 PM, Saturday, Feb 17th

Where: Central Bank, Dame Street, Dublin 2


Over 24 US and British attack planes accompanied by a large number of
"support" aircraft launched a massive bombing raid over Iraq today
between 1700 and 1800 GMT. 

Several targets in Baghdad and and other cities were hit. The Iraqi
radio is reporting 5 civilian deaths and several injuries. 

Contrary to claims by US and UK, civilian targets were also hit,
according to the Iraqi Radio.

PLEASE JOIN THE CAMPAIGN TO END IRAQ SANCTIONS - IRELAND IN A PROTEST
BEING ORGANISED ON SATURDAY.
