dodgy (un) dealings?

does anyone know of a 1993 agreement between rolf ekeus/unscom/companies
which supplied chem and bio weapons to iraq, agreeing that unscom would keep
companies names out of the equation to preserve commercial confidentiality
(and avoid embarrassment, one imagines.) perhaps i'm late off the mark but
to hold the nation hostage for ten years but make this arrangement with the
suppliers, if correct, leaves one at a loss for words. only just stumbled on
this possibility. greetings, felicity arbuthnot.
