vorontsov/hain meeting - kuwaiti prisoners

peter hain may not alone have the plight of the alleged missing kuwaiti
prisoners in mind, but trade between Kuwait and Wales. Rhodri Morgan went to
Kuwait last year and talked about trade links between two countries, of the
not disimilar population and size population (wales tho larger in both;
kuwait wealthier.)
people missing in war are tragedy, war itself is tragedy, but 22 million
people are being held hostage to UN policy in Iraq.
