Dear anti-sanctions activists, I would like to let you know of a few new resources on Iraq: 1. Baptist Peace Fellowship of North America has published a special double issue of their newsletter, PeaceWork: "War in Disguise: Iraq Under Sanctions." The special 10-page issue is an excellent summary of the impact of sanctions and is especially useful for those doing outreach in Baptist and faith-based communities. Kudos to Ken Sehested of Baptist Peace Fellowship for his excellent work on this newsletter (2000 volume, number 2-3). To contact BPF and order individual or bulk copies, or to subscribe, contact: Ken Sehested Baptist Peace Fellowship of North America 4800 Wedgwood Drive Charlotte, NC 28210 USA phone 704-521-6051 e-mail: email@example.com 2. The new issue of International Socialist Review includes an article I wrote based on my March 2000 trip to Iraq: "The Hidden War Against Iraq" (Issue 12, June-July 2000), along with a sidebar interview with Hans von Sponeck. Single issues are available at selected newsstands. To order single copies or to subscribe, contact: International Socialist Review PO Box 258082 Chicago IL 60625-8082 USA phone 773-665-7337 e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org web: http://www.internationalsocialist.org/isr.html 3. Alternative Radio (produced by David Barsamian) now has a tape and transcript of the June 6 broadcast based on _Iraq Under Siege_ featuring Howard Zinn, Rania Masri, Ali Abunimah, and Anthony Arnove. Information on ordering transcripts and audio tapes, as well as information on stations that carry AR, is available at www.alternativeradio.org. Call 800-444-1977. Or e-mail: email@example.com.
