Dear Friends: This week's issue of the Economist, just out today, contains a Leaders editorial entitled "All Wrong in Iraq - It's time for Britain and America to rethink" which while making it clear that Saddam is ultimately responsible for the Iraqi crisis, it is also very critical of the current US and UK sanctions policy. There is also an extensive three page report about 'Iraq and the West' which can be found at: http://www.economist.co.uk/editorial/freeforall/current/index_sf7472.html Unfortunately, the editorial is not available online for free. You have to buy the magazine for that.
