A UN document that addresses many relevant issues and refutes several of the Albright statements that you provided is the Humanitarian Panel's report, which is located at http://www.un.org/Depts/oip/panelrep.htm  The report is only 18 pages long, clear, succinct, and devoid of the UN's oft convoluted language.
