Eric, if my senility ridden brain serves me correctly it was a while back. Also I'm not sure if it was Mandela or a statement issued by the SA government. Unfortunately, I haven't the foggiest idea where to begin searching for the source. It goes without saying that we shouldn't use this info until we have proof. -----Original Message----- From: Eric.Herring@bristol.ac.uk [mailto:Eric.Herring@bristol.ac.uk] Sent: Thursday, March 09, 2000 4:25 PM To: Nathan Geffen Cc: aziz nasiri; Soc-Casi-Discuss Subject: Has Nelson Mandela condemned the sanctions on Iraq? Can anyone confirm this and provide a source? Does anyone have Mandela's address? Well done Nathan for raising the issue.
