straight from the bald eagle's beak, below are the State Department's instructions on how to 
subscribe to the State Department's "Iraq Policy Mailing List".

The US-IRAQPOLICY Mailing List 

The US-IRAQPOLICY Mailing List is available to anyone interested in receiving the latest news and 
transcripts of press conferences, testimonies, and reports regarding Iraq's refusal to abide by 
U.N. resolutions regarding weapons of mass destructions. 

Subscribers may choose to receive individual pieces one at a time, or select the DIGEST option and 
receive a single message, with the previous 24 hours' items in a single email message, sent at 
midnight Eastern U.S. time. 

To subscribe to the US-IRAQPOLICY mailing list of news and information texts from the U.S. 
Information Agency, send an email to LISTSERV@INFO.USIA.GOV that says SUBSCRIBE US-IRAQPOLICY; 
leave the 'Subject:' blank. 

After you reply to the automated confirmation request, you will receive a welcome message with 
simple instructions. 

To receive the DIGEST from US-IRAQPOLICY, after you have received confirmation, send the command 
SET US-IRAQPOLICY DIGEST to LISTSERV@INFO.USIA.GOV
