I had the same questions. Also, is this correct re Mr. Geoffrey Hoon's speech that the regime in Iraq used mustard gas and Tabun in March 1998? I can't imagine that more was not made of this in the press, especially if 1,000 were killed. Does he have the date right? Please clarify. Also, what is the Iraqi position on the 600 Kuwaiti detainees?
