The National Petition Against Sanctions on Iraq will be handed in at Downing Street at 2.30 PM ON SATURDAY 20TH NOVEMBER - Universal Children's Day, the 10th Anniversary of the Adoption of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. There will be an hour-long VIGIL in Whitehall opposite Downing Street between 2-3 pm.
