[I am looking for someone to translate an MS Word document to HTML for the CASI website. I describe the document below] In expectation of the UN Humanitarian Panel's trip to Iraq the UN agencies at work in Iraq prepared short overviews of the situation there as it related to their domains. While some of the comments made in these reports found their way into the Humanitarian Panel's report the original reports do contain more detail and are therefore of some interest in their own right. I have a printed copy of this report (Special Topics on Social Conditions in Iraq), which was brought back from Iraq. I have scanned and corrected the document and it is now an accurate MS Word 97 file. I would like, though, to place it on the CASI website, and wondered whether anyone had the skills and willingness to convert the document to HTML. This is quite straightforward but does involve cleaning and insertion of some internal links. Please do let me know if you are interested.
