Hi all, Glen Rangwala has tracked down the electronic addresses of the UN Security Council panel reports. The panels were established at the end of January to help the Security Council move forward with its Iraq policy. I've attached Glen's message. At the moment, the 15 members are being briefed by Ambassador Celso Amorim, who chaired the three panels established by the President of the Council.
