Wednesday February 18 3:55 AM EST British Parliament OKs Iraq strike LONDON, Feb. 18 (UPI) _ Britain's House of Commons has voted (Tuesday evening) in favor of using ``all necessary means'' to resolve the crisis with Iraq over U.N. weapons inspections. A Times of London report says the vote was 493 in favor and 25 opposed.
