Dear Mr. Ambassador,

I am extremely concerned as to the recent criminal attacks by US forces on
the people of Falluja in Iraq, as the result of which there has been countless
deaths of innocent civilians. It must be the responsibility of the Security
Council to ensure that such shameful crimes do not happen and that the criminals
responsible are properly dealt with.

Yours faithfully,

Christopher Leadbeater
