[ This message has been sent to you via the CASI-analysis mailing list ] [ Presenting plain-text part of multi-format email ] Dear list I'm looking for material on the elections that are supposed to occur next year in Iraq to elect an assembly that will write the constitution. This has always been in the November 15th agreement, and now the talk is of using those elections to elect a parliament too, or even to have the assembly which is elected to write the draft constitution to also act as the country's legislature. Does anyone have any material discussing the topic, particularly regarding what type of elections and how. Thanks.
