[casi-analysis] rewriting history

[ This message has been sent to you via the CASI-analysis mailing list ]

I forgot to say that the ideas behind:

http://www.iraqihighereducation.com/index2.htm

seem to be an excellent contribution to trying to improve Iraq.

There is much to be done and in my view the very wealthy culprits
(US&UK) should be made to pay.

eg the Technology University of Baghdad:

Pc in Febr. 2003 1550
Pc Today 20
Internet in Febr. 2003 122
Internet Today 0

(according to the CPA)
